Hi there, my name is Emma. I help busy working professionals, entrepreneurs, mum’s and dad’s effectively manage and reduce their stress and build resilience while juggling life’s demands, using mindfulness practices and stress management techniques and positive coping strategies to bring calm and clarity back into your day.

Alongside my work, I’ve passionately supported community projects, raising over £6,000 for different charities over the years and I help charities raise funds through grant, helping them to keep operating plus expanding their services. I also like to be involved with community projects especially poverty related. 

I have a background of working with people of different ages, abilities and backgrounds including 1 to 1 support.

Now, I’m excited to bring my skills, life experience, and passion into coaching, helping others transform their lives with the same commitment I’ve always had. in 2020 I was dealing with a lot of personal stress and developed my coaching based on this, which I tried out on myself for a few months-seeing huge benefits to my health and wellbeing. Since then I have received over 30 positive reviews and continue to grow my practice based around my clients personal needs.

Stress Management Coaching

I incorporate two types of coping strategies. Either problem focused, by facing the stressors face on, or emotion focused, by utilising inward facing strategies like meditation, journaling and breathing exercises.

We also incorporate positive coping strategies and techniques to promote calmness.

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness coaching focuses on the present. While practicing mindfulness, we reduce anxiety, depression and pain, including chronic pain.

It also helps with emotional regulation, giving deeper understanding of emotions, thoughts and self-awareness.

Overall, practicing mindfulness can improve focus, self-esteem, and clarity. It’s an effective technique for stress reduction. I offer 1 to 1 online coaching sessions that are tailored to my clients individual needs.

First session is FREE Discovery call to see how I can help you and if coaching is right for you.

I can offer individual sessions at £35 per session but this works out more than a discounted bundle price. If this is something you would like to try and you are interested in them please message me. A deposit will still be required to secure your place.

Then after that, bundles of x 3 sessions. A total of 6 sessions.

Bundle of 3 sessions is £120.

£22 deposit is required.

(1 session per week over 6 weeks)

The stress management coaching sessions come in a bundle of X4

A total of 4 seasons.

(1 session per week over 4 weeks)

(There will be some mindfulness practices included with the stress management coaching towards the end of the sessions.)
