Hello and welcome to my page, my name is Emma and I offer personalized 1 to 1 online mindfulness and stress management coaching for professionals who are overwhelmed and experiencing burnout in the process due to the demands of their daily lives.

I help healthcare workers-carers,support workers,nurses.

I also help teachers, teaching assistants,childcare professionals.

I also help parents including parents who have  neurodivergent children plus individuals who are neurodivergent.

I also help office professionals,entrepreneurs and small businesses owners.

I have created this coaching to bring calmness back into people’s lives so that they can become the best version of themselves.

This coaching will not just provide techniques that you can use in your daily life but will give you the confidence and control to deal with whatever challenges, setbacks you may be faced with.

My coaching helps you to build resilience, awareness and effectively manage stress well, providing you with strong coping skills to navigate your life with.

 

Hi there, my name is Emma. I help professionals manage and reduce their stress by building resilience and providing tools that promote calmness.

The aim of my 1 to 1 mindfulness coaching sessions is to implement mindfulness into your daily life as part of your routine so that it becomes automatic.

I have some shorter practices designed to fit into your busy life.

There are many benefits to both mindfulness and stress management coaching.

My mindfulness coaching sessions cover awareness of yourself and others, stress relief and dealing with difficult emotions such as anger.

My stress management coaching sessions cover identifying the stress, how it feels and shows up and the type of stress that it is.

Depending on the type of stress there is positive coping strategies and stress management techniques ie time management.

You will learn how to recognise your stress and be able to prevent burnout in advance.

There are many benefits for both coaching sessions including improving sleep, focus, improving productivity, gaining clarity and confidence and being able to make sharper decisions,better leadership skills,improving relationships so you have better listening skills and empathy,improving your health and mental health including reducing anxiety.

4 Week Stress Management Coaching program

First we identify the type of stress that you have, how it feels, where it shows up and the type of stress that it is.

I then incorporate two types of coping strategies depending on the type of stress that it is, either problem focused, by facing the stressors face on, or emotion focused, by utilising inward facing strategies like a hobby take you might have ie yoga, walking, listening to music, a creative outlet.

Once we identify and address your stressors ,we then create an action plan together and implement possible techniques to manage or reduce your stressor.

If the stress can not be eliminated/reduced then relaxation techniques can be applied to help create some calmness.

6 week Mindfulness Coaching program

Mindfulness coaching  focuses on the present moment. Mindfulness can be effective for reducing anxiety, depression and pain, including chronic pain plus it can help us improve our focus, to be more aware of ourselves and of others.

It can help us to deal with difficult emotions such as anger, impulses and how we can react and respond in a calmer way.

It can help with  how we deal with our emotions, giving us a deeper understanding of emotions, thoughts and self-awareness.

I teach people how to be more mindful while doing tasks, slowing down your pace and using your breath to help ground you.

Practicing mindfulness can help to strengthen our relationships with others by developing better listening skills and empathy.

it can help us to make sharper decisions and have better leadership skills.

It helps us to gain confidence,clarity and control.

Mindfulness has many other benefits ie improved our sleep, our health and mental health, reduces anxiety and overwhelm.

I  provide mindfulness practices which can be implemented into your daily life as part of your routine, including shorter practices for busy lives. 

I offer 1 to 1 online coaching sessions that are tailored to my clients individual needs.

Mindfulness coaching sessions 

6 weeks (a calmer you package)

 Discounts applied for bundles.

Bundle of X3 is £120.

£22 deposit is required.

(1 session per week over 6 weeks)

Stress management coaching sessions

4 weeks (stress less package )

 £150.

£30 deposit is required.

(1 session per week over 4 weeks)

I can also provide individual sessions at £35 per session(up to 6 sessions for mindfulness or up to 4 sessions for stress management coaching)

(There will be some mindfulness practices included with the stress management coaching towards the end of the sessions.)

Sessions are online with email rescources.

(Working hours vary depending on school holiday requirements so please check with myself if you are unsure availability wise. Please note that I work reduced hours during school holidays to meet the needs of my son, many thanks)
