Hello and welcome to my page, my name is Emma and I offer personalized 1 to 1 online mindfulness and stress management coaching for busy working professionals, entrepreneurs,mums and dads who are overwhelmed and experiencing burnout in the process due to the demands of their everyday lives. I have created this coaching to bring calmness back into people’s lives so that they can become the best version of themselves.

While working or running your own buisness, looking after the children and everything else that life throws at you, you are stretched thin. The stress shows up in your sleep, your patience, your energy, and maybe even your sense of self.
Hi there, my name is Emma. I help busy working professionals , entrepreneurs,mums and dads reduce their stress and build resilience by providing techniques,positive coping strategies and mindfulness practices such as grounding techniques,relaxation techniques,deep breathing exercises, meditations, which are really effective for anxiety relief and promote calmness. I also provide meditations that I help with deep relaxation such as body scan meditation,guided visual imagery and progressive muscle relaxation.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping people of all ages and backgrounds, including the elderly, disabled, and children so I appreciate how important self-care is and have incorporated this in my practice which includes positive affermations and self talk,positive reframing, realising thoughts are just thoughts, to acknowledge and accept them as this, gratitude practices, kindness and compassion practices. I also provide practices that are effective for dealing with difficult emotions such as anger. I am able to help you create a routine in your life so even when you are doing chores, you can still practice mindfulness and you will be able to practice mindfulness automatically without even thinking about it through mindful conversations, mindfulness walking, mindfulness driving,mindfulness eating, using all of your senses while walking.
Alongside my work, I have passionately supported community projects, raising over £7,000 over the years for different charities including mental health charities through fitness challenges. I have also been involved in community projects such as co-ordinating and participating in sandown canoe lake carp rescue,isle of wight,uk and bramble clearance there.
I have also volunteered with the wildlife trust, bat hospital as I am passionate about conservation.
I continue to help reduce food poverty by securing grant funding for multiple charities where I live and help them to continue to operate. I also help other community charity projects not only by successfully sourcing funding but by being able to continue to operate and even expand their projects due to recieving funding on numerous times.
Now, I’m excited to bring my skills, experience, and passion into coaching, helping others transform their lives with the same commitment I’ve always.
Coaching Services
Stress Management Coaching
I incorporate two types of coping strategies. Either problem focused, by facing the stressors face on, or emotion focused, by utilising inward facing strategies like meditation, journaling and breathing exercises.
We will identify and address your stressors first, then create an action plan together.
We also incorporate positive coping strategies and techniques to promote calmness.
Areas that I can help you with are patterns,triggers, behaviours,healthy boundaries, lifestyle,work/life balance, habits including creating new healthier habits, cognitive re-framing, reducing anxiety, deep breathing exercises, relaxation techniques such as grounding techniques, progressive muscle relaxation,body scan meditation.

Mindfulness Coaching
Mindfulness coaching focuses on the present. While practicing mindfulness, we reduce anxiety, depression and pain, including chronic pain.
It also helps with emotional regulation, giving deeper understanding of emotions, thoughts and self-awareness.
Overall, practicing mindfulness can improve focus, self-esteem, and clarity. It’s an effective technique for stress reduction. I offer 1 to 1 online coaching sessions that are tailored to my clients individual needs.

Mindfulness coaching sessions
6 weeks a calmer you package
Bundle X3 is £120.
£22 deposit is required.
(1 session per week over 6 weeks)
Stress management coaching sessions
4 weeks stress less package
£150.
£30 deposit is required.
(1 session per week over 4 weeks)
(There will be some mindfulness practices included with the stress management coaching towards the end of the sessions.)
